  6. The QwikForms CD-ROM is being sold without a sleeve. While writing a review
  7. for it and exploring the disc I made a sleeve. One needs to have the CD-ROM
  8. to be able to print it, as some of the fonts on the CD are used.
  9. This version contains the files in PageStream2 format.
